The product key arrived early, but as soon as I typed it in to Microsoft's download form, it told me that someone else had already redeemed it and that I would not be able to download the software that I had just paid over $100 for. I contacted a Microsoft employee directly by chat and they confirmed that the product key was already in use. I believe this product key was delivered through BMS Innovations. I received a phone number of BMS Innovations from Walmart support, but when I called it, it said it was disconnected. Walmart support also told me that BMS Innovations would contact me by email within a few business days with some kind of resolution, but BMS Innovations never contacted me. Thankfully, Walmart was very helpful and gave me a refund on the second call.
