Outlook 2016 For Mac Share Section

I definitely found a fix for this, (I have Win10 and Outlook 2016.) I opened Outlook 2016, clicked on Files, clicked on Options, clicked on Search, clicked on Indexing Options. In Outlook, Select a Calendar to share and right-click > Sharing Permissions Add User and Set Permissions ( Editor is a popular one to choose). From the other user’s Outlook, go to File > Open > Other User’s Folder > Search for other user and select the Folder Type (Calendar).

This build was released as the build March 8 2016. This is the button on Outlook 2016 for Windows: On Outlook 2016 for Mac, the button is gold colored: This button is an extension of the Archive feature available in Outlook for iOS and Android, and in Outlook on the web, offering one-click to archive messages to a single specified folder. Using it is simple: select a message, click the Archive button to move the message to the designated folder. Keyboarders will use the Backspace key to move to the archive folder (a win for anyone who files messages to the Deleted Items folder because it's quick and easy.) When you use a Microsoft Exchange account (including Outlook.com and Office 365 business email), the Archive folder is created automatically. If you use a POP or IMAP account, the first time you use Archive, you'll be asked to let Outlook create an archive folder called Archive, or you can select an existing folder. You can select a new folder at any time (or look to see what folder you have set as the archive folder) from the File menu. Click Tools then Set Archive Folder.
I would expect the calendar to show up in Outlook on Windows, web, and probably mobile (depending on exactly how SharePoint is creating this calendar.) I would not expect the calendar to show up in Outlook for Mac because that client does not (yet!) read the list of calendars from the service. You'll need to specifically open/add the calendars in Outlook for Mac. I have a follow-up question. I use outlook with an imap account and don't have any exchange accounts any more. As a result, my 'add calendar' button is greyed out and yet the preferences are different from the bulletin you reference. These are the preferences I am offered.
5 Click the Find Next button. At this point, the Replace command works just like the Find command: Word scours your document for the text you typed in the Find What dialog box. In the Find and Replace dialog box, click Find Next or Find All. Find text with specific formatting and replace the formatting You can find and replace text with special formatting, such as bold or highlight, by using the Format menu.
Open the Find and Replace dialog box using your favorite method. We prefer Ctrl+H. Type the appropriate entry in the Find What and Replace With lines. Click Match Case. Click Replace and Replace again, or, click Replace All. In Word 2010, I regularly used a macro that changed the color and formatting of all the links in the document (which worked by find+replacing underlined words). However, I just tried to run it on Mac and it didn't work - and when I tried to record the macro again by going into Advanced Find and Replace, that didn't work either.
